Madden NFL 2009 questions?

Just a few questions about Madden 09: When you're drafting players that were not in Madden 09, have you noticed players have very low scores in general? I mean I have a 88 overall cornerback, but was generally highest of any rookie in my project. Had about four first-round draft pick (no, do not deceive me, I only know how to negotiate very well. If you want advice, ask =]) Secondly, I'm playing in the 49's in my franchise <3. I wonder what advice you could give me as far as coaches go. Who should I hire at the end of the season? Third, someone has some advice as to an easy way to train my players?

They are always quite low, as it is. However, if you use the weekly training, you can easily get the first round pick in the 90s. As coaches, usually renting a sense that give the highest increase of statistics at the areas most important to me. For example, many times I go to a more "Head Coach" as my defensive coordinator (You can only do this with some of them) because coaches usually give better stat boosts, but be sure that if a coach than as a coordinator you hire D one that still has a rating of good defense. In general, I will also find a special teams coordinator increases attack and defense statistics power rather than kicking, or precision that I think is mostly useless. As for the training of players, did not buy the last few years so I do not know what I was like, but since I played 07 changed much in 09. In 07 was actually really easy to push the players statistics, you would receive 7.5 points easily attribute every week. In 09 'for the most part you can not even drive an attribute when you train, you get only a fraction of a point, so takes much longer to increase the statistics, but if you think it is more realistic. In 07 'could turn a novice into a "99 rating" after only a few training sessions that is not really realistic.
